आज का सुविचार: ''कौन सा समय है, मेरे मित्र कौन हैं, शत्रु कौन हैं, कौन सा देश (स्थान) है, मेरी आय-व्यय क्या है, मैं कौन हूँ, मेरी शक्ति कितनी है? इत्यादि बातों का बराबर विचार करते रहो।'' सभी विचारकों ने ज्ञान का एक ही स्वरूप बताया है, वह है ''आत्म-बोध''। अपने सम्बन्ध में पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त कर लेने के बाद कुछ जानना शेष नहीं रह जाता। जीव असल में ईश्वर ही है। विचारों से बँधकर वह बुरे रूप में दिखाई देता है, परन्तु उसके भीतर अमूल्य निधि भरी हुई है। शक्ति का वह केन्द्र है और इतना है जिसकी हम कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकते। सारी कठिनाईयाँ, सारे दुःख इसी बात के हैं कि हम अपने को नहीं जानते। जब आत्म स्वरूप को समझ जाते हैं, तब किसी प्रकार का कोई कष्ट नहीं रहता।

"All the thinkers have described the same form of knowledge, that is" Self-realization ".  After getting complete information about your relationship, there is nothing left to know.  The creature is actually God.  Tied to thoughts, he appears in a bad form, but the priceless fund is filled within him.  That is the center of power and there is so much that we cannot even imagine.  All the difficulties, all the sorrows are that we do not know ourselves.  When you understand the form of self, then there is no problem of any kind.
